The optimized successor to the well-known Samyang 8mm F2.8:
With the Samyang 8mm F2.8 II, the Korean lens manufacturer Samyang presents the optimized version of its bestseller. 11 multi-coated glass lenses are responsible for crisp contrast and incredible sharpness. Combined with the three ED (extra low dispersion) and two aspherical lenses, image errors are reduced to a minimum.
In addition to the high angle of view, the extreme depth of field is characteristic of fisheye Lens. The close-up limit begins after just 30 cm and enables photos to be taken from unusual perspectives. Whether for reportages in confined spaces, impressive panoramas or unmistakable sports shots, the Samyang 8mm F2.8 II is the ideal companion.
Optimized for photographers with CSC or APS-C cameras who still want to get a lot in the picture. Thanks to the lens speed of 1:2.8, there are still enough reserves for hand-held photography even in low light conditions. The Samyan 8mm F2.8 II is the ideal companion for friends of architectural photography, landscape photographers and indoor photography.
